• Additional fees ( 15-45 USD ) may applied for specific details such as large weapon or highly detailed armor.
• Smaller character's price rate is the same as other ( eg. lalafell race, small children ) But I will offer you more details, small pet, or simple background as free extras.
• All prices listed above are for character only without background. Please see below for background pricing.

Solid / Gradient color background and elements that is a part of character visual ( eg. smoke, simple magic effects ) are free, with exception for effects with more details ( eg. dragon-shaped rune )

B : Design Fee
Starting 190 USD
• You can waive this fee if you only want a character sheet, which means you already have full, detailed image references of your character and require no changes to the design.
• This is a starting price for designing an outfit for your character from scratch. Partial discounts may be offered based on your initial reference. (Example: If you want me to adapt your OC’s existing outfit by adding a cloak and more crests, I’ll give you a 30% discount on the design fee.)
• Conversely, additional fees may apply for more complex and highly detailed designs.

• 25$ discount might be available for existing characters request ( non-OC ) In case that you allowed the product to be list on my store later, I will discuss with you before calculating the total price.

Usage Policy
・This pricing is for personal use only. For commercial work, please contact [email protected] for more info.
・All artwork is transferred digitally. Customers have the rights to print and use the artwork freely but for non-profit purpose only.
・You are not allowed to use or mint the artwork for NFT or any blockchain-related technology.
・You are not allowed to use my artwork as model for AI training or any AI-related technology.
・I still hold the rights to sell prints or make additional profit from the artwork.
・Please inform me in advance if you'd like to keep the artwork completely private. ( some fees may applied )
Work Procedure
Reservation
A new commission batch usually opens every 2-3 month. I will announce new batch in advance on my twitter and bluesky Please follow the information there on how to apply.Payment & Sketch
Once the artwork specs and commission fee is confirmed, an invoice from my paypal will be sent to you. Please pay upfront for at least half of total fee. I will start working on first sketch after the payment is received.Payment Method

I usually finish the work within 20-60 days after first sketch is sent, it can take longer depends on queue.Revision
Any sketch or WIP can be edit multiple times until the client is satisfied. However, if the revisions turned out to be greatly time-consuming due to miscommunication or unclear direction from the client, some fees may applied. After the artwork is complete, minor edits can still be made.Delivery
Hi-res artwork files, including transparent .png and color variant version will be sent to the client.Default artwork size

• I usually increase the canvas size for artwork with more characters.Refund
In case I have not started working on the sketch yet, a full refund can be issue ( minus platform fees if any ) If the sketch was already done, client can only receive up to 60% refund of the commission fee depending on progress made.
